DB&N Group is a rental arbitrage company that was founded in 2023 in Philadelphia, PA. The nature of our business is subleasing other people’s properties under the Airbnb real estate business model. We have an active presence and network across major cities within the United States.

Our mission and goal is to build a portfolio of several hundred properties, across the United States, for our customers to have a rental living space that’s memorable and provides a conclusive experience. In addition, we aim to make our properties, comfortable, safe, and affordable. Our target market is traveling nurses, corporate business professionals, tourist and visitors looking for a midterm stay while they travel for work. Alternate to a standard hotel stay, our spaces are designed to give people a beautiful place that fits there every need, amenities and accommodation options, security, top tier cleaning with every stay, a home away from home feeling, and, the opportunity to enjoy some fun that comes along with traveling to different places.
